As a bridge between our sales and operations team, you will be the cornerstone for adding value to our customers, as well as the company. To do this, you will develop a holistic understanding of our customers and our product offerings.
AS A TEAM MEMBER, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
Display good communication and interpersonal skills with the rest of the Verde team, as well as our customers.
Feel comfortable working with detailed, technical work, specifically in Excel.
Enjoy being at new places everyday, and being comfortable out in the field.
Be willing to learn, produce technical drawings, and analyze lots of data.
Care about the environment, sustainability, and saving Chicago energy.
Have a reliable vehicle.
Also, a plus if English is not your first language.
An electrical background is a plus.
SPECIFIC TASKS WOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
You will need to be able to problem solve issues while you’re on a job site and make recommendations based on issues you discover in regards to products.
You will have to know how to install lighting fixtures. To do this, you will be exclusively on job sites for your first two months. This means you will have to be comfortable on a ladder and be physically capable of lifting over 50 pounds.
Creating blueprints or a building map for complicated projects to guide installation crew.
Maintain a healthy relationship between analysts and installation crew.
Be able to multitask taking details notes, counts, and communicating with the customer and analysts on a job site.
- Be a point of contact for the installation crew and operations if they have questions.
- Use Excel and Google platforms.
You will be out in the field driving from job to job most of the time.
