Junior Energy Efficiency Experts
Our Junior Sales Analyst is responsible for meeting and nurturing new business that we can make and stand behind to save energy in the greater Chicagoland area. They are also responsible for assisting the other analysts in energy calculations, scopes of work, and report generation.

Performance Expectations Year 1:
Understand key client profiles
Identify ideal clients and decision makers
Reach out cold to prospective clients
Articulate Verde’s value proposition – both verbal and written
Assess if the prospect’s high level pain, gains, goals align with Verde’s products and services
Integrate/include analyst for qualification
Proven experience in reaching customers in an outbound fashion, whether sales, grassroots organizing, interviews, or other experience
Salary & Benefits:
Please note – this position is an entry level position and requires a lot of cold calling through phone and email. Pay increases every 3 months for the first year, and after the first year the candidate is eligible for a promotion to full Energy Efficiency Analyst and eligible for a generous/competitive commission plan in addition to a base salary and other benefits.
0-3 months – $15/hour
3-6 months – $16.50/hour + bonus for every lead that closes
6-9 months – salaried $40k + bonus for every lead that closes
9-12 months – salaried $40k + bonus for every lead that closes
1 year + – salaried $52k, eligible for commission plan
