Job Overview:
*** This is a part time and temporary position ***
This role is expected to be short term, less than 90 days and approximately 20 hours per week or less. There is no guarantee of the number of hours per week or continued employment.
The Temporary Part Time Outreach Analyst is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business clients that are interested in reducing energy consumption in the greater Chicagoland area. This is a self-starter role and the ideal candidate needs to be self-reliant to be able to determine and execute successful strategies to identify warm leads for energy efficiency projects.
Please note – this position is an entry level position and requires cold and warm outreach through phone and email. There is an expectation that one would need to make multiple outreach attempts in order to develop a productive lead. A successful applicant must be positive, persistent and resilient.

● Previous work experience that shows reliability and skills applicable to this role.
● Expected work hours are within M-F 7am – 3pm timeframe.
● Hybrid working conditions – The majority of this role can be done at the office or remotely, although some attendance at our offices or other project locations could be helpful in the role.
● Expected working conditions – Able to work in environment that has hot/cold temps, loud noises, dust (earplugs/masks provided)
● Travel requirements – may be expected to travel to various worksites or client locations
● Utilize appropriate PPE in the workplace
● Working Conditions: Office environment, or remote work location. Seated, standing, using phone,
computers, other office equipment as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
● Proven experience in reaching customers in an outbound fashion, whether sales, grassroots organizing, interviews, or other experience.
Wage Rate:
$20.00 per hour, part time temporary, hours will vary. FLSA nonexempt.
